Please read these terms carefully before booking your event.

A date is confirmed only after the booking form is signed and the advance payment is received. Until then, dates are held for a limited time on request.
Rates depend on the venue, season, guest count and services selected, and are confirmed in writing in your booking agreement.
Taxes (GST) are charged as applicable and are extra unless stated otherwise.
An advance (typically 25% to 30% of the estimated total) secures the booking. The balance is payable in agreed instalments, with the final settlement before the event date.
Catering is charged per plate on the guaranteed guest count provided one week before the event.
Additional services requested during the event are billed at actuals.
Cancellations or date changes must be made in writing. The advance may be adjusted or forfeited according to how close the cancellation is to the event date, as set out in your agreement.
Rescheduling is subject to availability of the new date and any difference in rates.
In case of events beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional venue charge wherever possible.
The venue is provided for the hours stated in your booking. Extra time may be arranged in advance, subject to availability and charges.
Music, sound and event timings must follow local regulations, and our team will guide you on permitted limits.
Fireworks, open flames and special effects require prior written approval.
In-house catering and decor are provided by Tectona Bliss. Outside vendors may be permitted on request, subject to our guidelines and applicable charges.
Decor materials, structures and installations must not damage the property. Fixing, nailing or painting on walls and floors is not permitted without approval.
Menus and decor designs are finalised at least two weeks before the event.
Hosts are responsible for the conduct of their guests and vendors on the premises.
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Illegal substances and weapons are strictly prohibited.
Children should be supervised at all times, particularly near water features and stage areas.
The venue is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, jewellery, gifts or vehicles. Guests are advised to keep valuables with a trusted family member.
The host is liable for any damage to the property caused by guests, vendors or their equipment.
We collect personal information only to process enquiries and bookings and to improve your experience. We never sell your data to third parties.
You may request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@tectonabliss.com.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in your signed booking agreement applies to your event.
